OUR START
​
Hayah Hassan's Fitness Journey
As a student, I participated in various sports such as netball, hockey and soccer. I also had the opportunity to play soccer at both the school team level and club level, representing clubs such as Tampines Rovers, Police Sports Association and Warriors Football Club.
​
After getting married and giving birth to my first son, I struggled to get back to the same form prior to pregnancy. I had my second child a year after and I weighed a hefty 70kg during my confinement period. Health and fitness took a back seat as I prioritized the children’s wellbeing.
​
Being surrounded by health and fitness enthusiasts in my former workplace helped me gained confidence to get back my fitness level. I started running and exercising with the aim of getting back in the soccer team. Losing weight was a bonus.
​
I hope to be an example and aim to inspire people around me to be passionate about keeping healthy and fit for everyday living- thus the big step towards becoming a fitness professional. Everybody can be fit and healthy- we just need a little nudge towards the right direction.
