To enhance the physical performance, health condition & body composition of individuals across a diverse set of health & fitness backgrounds, through proper exercise prescription & instruction.

OUR START

Hayah Hassan's Fitness Journey

As a student, I participated in various sports such as netball, hockey and soccer. I also had the opportunity to play soccer at both the school team level and club level, representing clubs such as Tampines Rovers, Police Sports Association and Warriors Football Club.

After getting married and giving birth to my first son, I struggled to get back to the same form prior to pregnancy. I had my second child a year after and I weighed a hefty 70kg during my confinement period. Health and fitness took a back seat as I prioritized the children’s wellbeing. 

Being surrounded by health and fitness enthusiasts in my former workplace helped me gained confidence to get back my fitness level. I started running and exercising with the aim of getting back in the soccer team. Losing weight was a bonus.

I hope to be an example and aim to inspire people around me to be passionate about keeping healthy and fit for everyday living- thus the big step towards becoming a fitness professional. Everybody can be fit and healthy- we just need a little nudge towards the right direction.

Our “Kidz On The Move” program, strongly reflects our belief that children are not mini adults and emphasizes movement through FUN and games.
