​What to Expect?

           Complimentary Fitness Analysis 

​Before commencing a program, all clients will complete a free fitness analysis. This assessment is crucial for us to be able to assess your current state of well-being and understand your needs and abilities. It will give us a starting point for progress tracking.

           Goal Setting

​​Together we will set goals that are Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic &  Time-appropriate. We will revisit those goals as you get fitter and healthier!

           Sweat Sessions

Exercising with us should feel like play time for you and yet fulfilling your needs of being an active and healthy individual, regardless of age, gender or fitness level. We want you to look forward to working out with us and yet feel challenged each time. ​Whether you prefer to work out alone or work out with a buddy- we have a program for everyone!

           Our Rates

 

Personal Training Plan (Single Session - Solo)        $ 90 per session

Personal Training Plan (Single Session - Duo)        $130 per session

Personal Training Plan (Pre-Paid – Solo)         4 sessions - $320

Personal Training Plan (Pre-Paid – Duo)         4 sessions - $480

Personal Training Plan (Pre-Paid - Solo)         10 sessions + 1 free - $800

Personal Training Plan (Pre-Paid – Duo)          8 sessions + 1 free - $840

 

*All packages exclude gym entrance fees. Venue of gym will be decided upon by clients and trainers upon signing up. Any gym entrance fee for Clients or Trainer will be borne by CLIENT.

 

*All packages are valid for 12 weeks from date of sign up
