Bootcamps
​An energizing, effective, challenging and fun session. It's gentle enough for those beginning a fitness program, yet, can be progressed to a more challenging level for those looking for a good “sore” . Our classes are designed around four fundamental areas – core, upper body, lower body and cardio. Creative planning of exercises ensure classes are different all the time and that you have fun while keeping active!
Zumba
​A great mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Often known as exercise in disguise, Zumba’s Latin and World rhythms will get you moving in no time. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
STRONG by Zumba
Perfect for fitness enthusiasts and those looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout. With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout.
Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.
Piloxing
Pilates meets Boxing meets Dance. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to 'let yourself GO' dance releases, and back around again. All these for longer, leaner muscles, killer arms and abs!
